Bishop Martin at Morning Prayer, 20th October, 9.30am

Bishop Martin, the Bishop of Dudley, is in the middle of a pilgrimage round the diocese, a Pilgrimage of Prayer and Hope, and on Wednesday 20th October at 9.30am, that pilgrimage reaches St Faith’s Berrow, where the Bishop will lead us in Morning Prayer.  You can download your service sheet here and do come along and join us if you are able, remembering to bring some form of face covering with you for when we are inside St Faith’s.

And if you have time for a coffee afterwards, Rev Julie and Bob James are hosting a pop up coffee stop at Thistledown, opposite Pendock School, from 10am to 12 noon – details here.

Bishop Martin is around and about the deanery for the rest of the day, and will be holding a time of worship and fellowship at Holy Trinity, Malvern at 7pm.

Compline, 8th October

It wouldn’t be Friday without our short said service of Compline on Phone Church via Zoom.  We meet at 7pm to discuss the happenings of the week, and then, at 7.15pm, Doug leads our meditative service of prayer, the perfect way to lay down the burdens and busyness of the week.  Your service sheet can be viewed or downloaded here, and we look forward to welcoming you.

Compline, 1st October

First of the month again and there’s definitely a chill in the air as October begins.  Our service of Compline is still here, 7pm every Friday.  First of all we chat to find out how everyone’s week has gone, then at 7.15pm David will lead us in prayer and worship.  Your service sheet can be viewed or downloaded here, and we look forward to welcoming you to our Phone Church service.

17th Sunday after Trinity, 26th September

Our final online Sunday service – for a while at least.  As of October we are back in church for all Sunday services, starting at 10.30am apart from our Hollybush evensongs which start at 6.30pm.

But this Sunday we are online at 11am with Rev Julie leading our service of Holy Communion.  Your service sheet can be viewed or downloaded here, and we look forward to seeing you there.

We meet at Eldersfield Church at 11am for our service of Holy Communion, led by Rev Julie.  Your service sheet can be viewed or downloaded here, and do remember to print it off and bring it along if you can, along with some form of face covering to be worn whilst inside our beautiful medieval building.  We look forward to seeing you there.

Compline, 17th September

Halfway through the month already and autumn is nearly upon us.  Slow things down by joining us for Compline on Phone Church this Friday at 7pm.  First of all we catch up on the events of the week and then, at 7.15pm, Doug will lead us in our short, said, contemplative service.  Your service sheet can be viewed or downloaded here and we look forward to welcoming you.

Morning Prayer, 15th September

Our regular Wednesday morning service of Morning Prayer is here again!  We meet at 11am to share our short said service of prayer and praise, then we chat and share news and offer help, support and practical solutions if we can – like scaffold towers!  In fact, over the months, Phone Church has built a scaffolding support structure around us all which has proved helpful and beneficial and shown us we may have had to be isolated by Covid but we were never alone.

Your service sheet can be viewed or downloaded here, and we look forward to welcoming you to our scaffolding support service!

Compline, 10th September

Morning Prayer, 8th September
